TNA srl – Tecnologia Natura per Alimenti – or Natural Food Technology - produces natural emulsifiers, processing aids, functional products, and special ingredients for the bakery, cakes and flour sectors. We guarantee innovative, safe and natural products. The heart of the company is the Research and Development activities, which created NATURplus, the first, exclusive natural technology based on liposomes

For the first time in the production of bread, cakes and biscuits it is possible to substitute the E471 and E472 semi-synthetic emulsifiers with natural products derived from sunflower seeds or soya beans. These products are part of the NATURplus exclusive range, the new liposomic action mechanism application developed by our Research and Development team

NATURplus emulsifiers are available in three main categories: pure (the Lipos line); in processing aids (the Multilev and Multilev P lines) and in flour preparations for speciality bread (the Liposomiali lines).


Natur Plus
The NATURplus range of liposomic products includes an organic multivalent line of natural emulsifiers and processing aids. The ingredients come from certified organic agriculture and the natural emulsifiers are derived from sunflower lecithin.

Pane Plus
TNA produces processing aids for bread making with natural emulsifiers, enzyme enhancers, sour doughs and raw materials. They are produced directly in the Research and Development laboratories in order to offer customers the very best, with the aim of improving the palatability, flavour and freshness of the end products. In addition to the more classic products, TNA also produces a unique range of natural aids, the NATURplus range of innovative, functional and versatile products.

Dolci Plus
TNA produces natural emulsifiers, processing aids, semi-finished products, preparations and raw materials for confectionery. These come directly from the Research and Development laboratories to offer the best to the confectionery industry, improving the workability of the doughs, the shelf life and the flavour and appearance of the finished products. In addition to the more classic products, TNA also produces a unique range of natural aids, the NATURplus range of innovative, functional and versatile products.

Pizza Plus
TNA has created a range of processing aids to enjoy traditional or organic pizza or pizza made with alternative flours (kamut, spelt, etc.) which enhance the flavour of one of the most classic dishes of Mediterranean cuisine

Milling Services
